 1978, and 1979 graduates of Vassar College, we are lucky to have three musical daughters, Emily 18 (Suzuki flutist), Martha 15 (Suzuki violinist) , Sally 10 (Suzuki violinist), an 8 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi Dog named Ollie, along with our cat Trixie (10).

Kathleen is a nurse, has a private practice as a Lactation Consultant at Lactation Resources of Vermont (above) and also at The Breastfeeding Clinic of Vermont, in Burlington, Vermont.  She is an IBCLC Lactation Consultant and a dedicated breastfeeding advocate,  although the most important job at this point is being mother to our three girls. ... creator and co owner of  E-mail list LACTNET .  LACTNET is a listserv list for professionals helping breastfeeding families.

Kathleen has been a LLL Leader since 1988, a lactation consultant since 1993, and a Suzuki viola student. James is a chemist, a gardener, and an origamist. We are interested in gardening, origami, books of all sorts, especially Charles Dickens, Victor Hugo, and Tolstoy, all music, especially classical music for stringed instruments and/or flute, working with wool, knitting and spinning
